Youth Beginner Wrestling 2009 -2010 season WELCOME TO RIVALS YOUTH WRESTLING
	The Rivals Youth Wrestling Club is an exciting new program for young athletes (ages 6-11 or grades 1-5) who want to learn wrestling skills through a fun and competitive program. This program has the vision to become one of the finest youth wrestling programs in New England. Wrestlers who participate in this program can expect to learn a variety of takedowns, pinning combinations, reversals and escapes. In addition to the technical instruction, participants will increase strength, conditioning, flexibility and self-confidence.
	Our club caters to wrestlers of all abilities from beginners to national tournament champions. We focus on developing young wrestlers from kindergarten through 6th grade. We train at Rockingham Athletic Club and welcome wrestlers from all areas regardless of future high school attendance. Our coaches promote a positive learning environment and good sportsmanship from our club members.
