SUMMER:
The Complete Athlete Performance Program - this 10 week Summer Program will Focus on making Athletes faster, quicker and stronger. All athletes will be tested in various areas. At the completion of the program Athletes will be post tested to measure changes. Whether you play Football, Baseball, Lacrosse or Filed Hockey, the program will be designed to meet the conditioning needs of ALL SPORTS. Our certified strength coaches will also add Sport Specific exercises to your regimen to ensure all your conditioning needs are met.
The program will be lead by Kevin Barboza, Certified Strength Coach and Trainer of Athletes around the world. Coach Barboza has developed a system of conditioning that will bring the best out of each athlete.
Program will begin Monday June 23rd
