Fall Men's League

Players: Ages 18+
Begins: Monday, October 11, 2010
Ends: Monday, December 6, 2010
Times: 5:30pm; 6:30pm; 7:30pm; 8:30pm; 9:30pm
Games: 8 league games, plus single elimination playoffs.
All games played on Monday

Games consist of two 20-minute halves.

FEE: $500 per team payable before September 24, 2010.
$550 per team after September 24, 2010
Maximum of 10 players per team.
Roster Form to be completed by team coach/contact.
Waiver Form to be completed by EVERY player.
