| 20-20-20 - This class will energize you! A simple to floow 3-in-1 workout offering 20 minute combinations of aerobics, muscle conditioning and abdominal /core exercises. |
| Athletic Strength-This class will improve your cardiovascular endurance by combining plyometrics, agility, and strength training to get you fit. |
| Kick boxing- Our high-energy kicks and punches along with a bit of martial arts movements will get your heart pumping. This fast paced cardiovascular workout will also improve your muscle endurance while toning your body and learning a bit of self defense. |
| On The Ball - Are you looking for a challenging weight and core workout? Then this is for you. Come learn all the different ways to challenge your body on the ball. |
| Pilate’s - The exercises in this class will be focusing on strengthening the “core” muscles of the abdomen while increasing flexibility in the legs, arms and supporting muscle groups. You will also be learning to integrate proper breathing, flexibility, strength precision and body awareness to lengthen, define and sculpt your muscles. |
| Pump It UP - This class provides a high energy work-out using choreographed strength movements |
| Step Classes - Step training is a variation of step climbing in which a raised platform is employed to perform a number of routines. Instructors show options for all fitness levels, from low impact to high impact. |
| Yoga - If you are looking for a class that will give you better body tone and definition that will also leave you feeling relaxed and stress-free, this is the class for you. We will be using a combination of strengthening postures, stretching and deep breathing to give you an incredible exhilarating and stress relieving workout. |
| Zumba
- Zumba uses a fusion of Latin and International music and dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Dancers and non-dancers alike can immediately and easily master a Zumba class with easy to follow steps that include body sculpting targeting areas such as the gluteals, legs, core and the heart. It’s a fun, party atmosphere where you just don’t want the class to end and you’ll forget you’re working out. Bring a bottle of water and your smile! |
