| About the Clinic: - You'll learn proper dribbling skills, ball handling skills and passing skills. You'll learn the details involved in proper shooting mechanics. You'll also learn to better understand the nuances of the game to become a much better all around player. After the skills & drills portion of the Academy you will then train with The Next Level Sports Training to increase your vertical jump, dramatically improve lateral & multi-directional speed to become a top defender, improve linear speed to run the floor faster on fast breaks, improve explosive strength and overall conditioning. This is by far the best basketball training you can ever receive. We work with all skill levels to take your basketball talents to the next level. |
