  • Daily Itinerary: - The doors to the camp will open at 8:30 a.m. with the camp commencing at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. each day.

  • Pre-care and After-care is $5.00/Hour, 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. &
    3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.


  • 9:30 am - Athlete Gathering - Introduction of coaches, review of previous days’ skill training & explanation of the day’s agenda
  • 9:35 am - Dynamic Warm Up

  • 9:45 am - Skill Stations -
    (20 minutes at each station)

    Stationary Dribbling – One hand power dribble, Crossover with technique, Back & forth Yo-yo, Inside out, Figure 8 etc.

    Shooting – Form shooting (elbow in, ball by temple, push up – not out), Exaggerated arc, Squat into one hand form shot, progressive distance etc.

    Movement Dribbling – Crossover with body protection technique, Up & Back single hand dribble, Zigzag  through cones with crossover technique, two hand Dribbling etc.

    Passing – Fingertip drills, Chest pass with proper form, Bounce pass to proper location to receiver, Partner bounce pass/chest pass combination, weave drill with different forms of passing etc.

    Movement – Proper lateral movement form, Deceleration technique, Lateral change of direction, Backward angle change of direction (opening hips), linear speed training etc.

  • 11:30 : Lunch break – 1 hour break for younger group
    High School Group Arrives – Quick gathering for intro, review agenda.


  • 1:40 : HS Skill stations - (same as above for 15 minutes each station)

  • 12:30 : Younger group back from lunch. Review skills learned that morning while HS finishes stations

  • 12:35: 1 on 1 Defense (younger group) offensive player works on dribbling skills while defensive player works on laterial and change of directions movement

  • 12:55 : 1 on 1 Defense (HS Group) – Same as above

  • 1:30: 3 on 3 drills (4 on 4 for younger group)- Teach different team techniques and then run through at ½ and then full speed (how to set picks and adjust to defensive reaction, defensive switching etc.)

  • 2:15 – Full court team scrimmages - Players will incorporate the skill and schemes taught that day, and previous days, into game situations.

  • 3:00 – Wrap up and dismissal

  • Campers can bring a light lunch or purchase one from the upstairs Cafe for $6.00
