The Next Level Sports Training uses the same philosophy when it comes to strength and conditioning training as we do
with skill training. That is, we provide proven techniques and training that are specifically designed to improve the area we
are working on, in this case conditioning and strength.
While other "similar" camps will run athletes into the ground and call it conditioning, we do not.

Our training camps are designed to progressively improve the overall conditioning of our athletes and work specifically on
areas that are in need of the most improvement. We will help you build a solid foundation to build upon and incorporate
drills that will allow you to adapt your training to your specific sport(s).

Our strength training incorporates this same philosophy. Many athletes follow a weight lifting program that they see others
performing, or one that is given to them by a coach. More often than not, the program they are following is not specifically
designed to improve their athletic strength and, in many cases, hurts their athletic development more than it helps.
